Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Collections team by analyzing data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports to improve recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze collections data and monitor key performance metrics.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Google Sheets.
Use SQL to extract and analyze data from databases.
Perform data validation and provide actionable insights to the team.
Support the collections team with data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail.
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred).
