Role Overview

The HR Analytics Intern will support the Human Resources function by managing data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable insights to aid decision-making. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, structured data management, and effective workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

    • KPI Tracking & MonitoringTrack and monitor department-wise KPIs and performance metrics
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of data
    • Dashboard Development & Data VisualizationDevelop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
    • Present data in a structured and easy-to-understand format
    • Data ManagementCreate and maintain a centralized data repository (data bank)
    • Standardize and organize data across departments
    • HR Analytics & InsightsAnalyze hiring trends, funnel metrics, and workforce data
    • Generate insights to support manpower planning and decision-making
    • Performance AnalysisIdentify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement across departments
    • Provide data-backed inputs to leadership

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–1 year of experience (Freshers may apply)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Google Sheets / Advanced Excel
    • Power BI
    • SQL (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
