Role Overview
The HR Analytics Intern will support the Human Resources function by managing data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable insights to aid decision-making. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, structured data management, and effective workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI Tracking & MonitoringTrack and monitor department-wise KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of data
- Dashboard Development & Data VisualizationDevelop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
- Present data in a structured and easy-to-understand format
- Data ManagementCreate and maintain a centralized data repository (data bank)
- Standardize and organize data across departments
- HR Analytics & InsightsAnalyze hiring trends, funnel metrics, and workforce data
- Generate insights to support manpower planning and decision-making
- Performance AnalysisIdentify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement across departments
- Provide data-backed inputs to leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers may apply)
- Proficiency in:
- Google Sheets / Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- SQL (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
