Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven sales professional with a strong channel sales background who can drive business growth at a zonal level.
As a Zonal Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and strengthening market presence across the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute effective channel sales strategies
- Build, manage, and expand dealer and distributor networks
- Identify new markets and drive business expansion initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Lead, train, and motivate the zonal sales team
- Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing Management or relevant field (Preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales
- Proven track record in dealer/distributor management and channel expansion
- Experience in EV, Battery, Automotive, or Energy sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of 2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel extensively within the zone
