Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal
Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern who will gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in HR and want exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR process management in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS (KEKA Hire) regularly
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- HR Operations
- Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Help in attendance tracking and data management
- Support HR reporting and dashboard creation
- Assist in policy communication and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
