Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal
Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern who will gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in HR and want exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR process management in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS (KEKA Hire) regularly
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  1. HR Operations
  • Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Help in attendance tracking and data management
  • Support HR reporting and dashboard creation
  • Assist in policy communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
