As part of our growing operations team, we are looking for a Telecaller Intern to support collection activities, customer coordination and operational communication from our Barrackpore office.
Role Overview
The Telecaller Intern will support the Collection team through customer follow-ups, backend coordination and day-to-day calling activities.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional approach over calls and the ability to manage routine operational tasks efficiently. This opportunity is suitable for freshers or early-stage professionals looking to gain experience in collections, customer support and operational coordination within a fast-growing EV startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Coordination
Make outbound calls for payment follow-ups and support-related communication.
Handle customer interactions professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities.
Collection Support
Assist the in-house collection team with daily operational coordination.
Track pending cases and update internal reports regularly.
Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and status updates.
Operational Assistance
Maintain customer databases and documentation records.
Provide backend support for manpower and operational requirements.
Ensure timely reporting and communication with reporting managers.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
Share daily activity reports and collection updates.
Follow internal calling processes and company policies.
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support or backend operations
preferred.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
