Role overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Executive – Inhouse Sales to join our team at Barrackpore
who will handle inbound and outbound sales activities from the office, support dealer/customer inquiries, and
contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential customers and dealers
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team lead
Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and daily reports
Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Share regular updates on pipeline status and closures with the manager
Candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication preferred
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with a customer-first approach
Basic familiarity with EV, automotive, or energy products is an added advantage
Female candidates are preferred
