Role overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Executive – Inhouse Sales to join our team at Barrackpore
who will handle inbound and outbound sales activities from the office, support dealer/customer inquiries, and
contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities
 Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential customers and dealers
 Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team lead
 Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and daily reports
 Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
 Share regular updates on pipeline status and closures with the manager

Candidate profile
 Graduate in any discipline
 Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
 Fluent in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication preferred
 Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with a customer-first approach
 Basic familiarity with EV, automotive, or energy products is an added advantage
 Female candidates are preferred
