Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern who will gain hands-on experience across
Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in
HR and want exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR process management in a fast-growing
organization.

Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition
 Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination
 Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
 Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
 Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
 Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
 Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS (KEKA Hire) regularly
 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

B. HR Operations
 Support in onboarding and documentation of new hires
 Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
 Help in attendance tracking and data management
 Support HR reporting and dashboard creation
 Assist in policy communication and employee engagement initiatives
 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations

Eligibility Criteria
 Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions
 Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
