Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Sales and Marketing team in lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and brand promotion activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B/B2C sales processes, digital marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
    • Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels.
    • Assist in reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
    • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
    • Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
Marketing Support
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
    • Capture customer testimonials and feedback.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Support event planning, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
    • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Business Development
    • Research potential markets and business opportunities.
    • Collect customer feedback and prepare market insights.
    • Assist in identifying partnership opportunities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
Eligibility
    • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
    • Final-year students are encouraged to apply.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
