Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Sales and Marketing team in lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and brand promotion activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B/B2C sales processes, digital marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels.
- Assist in reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Capture customer testimonials and feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support event planning, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Business Development
- Research potential markets and business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare market insights.
- Assist in identifying partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
