Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Sales and Marketing
team in lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and brand promotion activities. This internship
offers hands-on exposure to B2B/B2C sales processes, digital marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
 Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels.
 Assist in reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
 Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
 Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.

Marketing Support
 Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
 Capture customer testimonials and feedback.
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
 Support event planning, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
 Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Business Development
 Research potential markets and business opportunities.
 Collect customer feedback and prepare market insights.
 Assist in identifying partnership opportunities.
 Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.

Eligibility
 Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor , Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
 Final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
 Knowledge of CRM tools.
 Experience with Google Workspace, or marketing tools.
 Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead generation techniques.
