Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
    • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
    • Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM/Excel.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
    • Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Eligibility
    • Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).
    • 0–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Call Centre.
    • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
    • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
    • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
    • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
    • Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Automobile, EV, or Retail industries will be an advantage.

    • Number of outbound calls made per day.
    • Qualified leads generated.

    • Customer satisfaction and call quality.
    • Daily productivity and attendance.
Working Hours
    • 9 hours per day (including breaks)
    • 6 days working (as per company policy)
