Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Call Centre.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Automobile, EV, or Retail industries will be an advantage.

- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Appointment booking rate.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Daily productivity and attendance.
Working Hours
- 9 hours per day (including breaks)
- 6 days working (as per company policy)
