Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer feedback calls, regular service reminder calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali, along with basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feedback calls with customers after service completion.
- Handle regular service reminder and follow-up calls.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, if required.
- Address customer queries and escalate service-related issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely customer communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Complete daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Centre.
- Experience in the automobile or service industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication in Hindi and Bengali (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain records and work in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of feedback calls completed.
- Number of service reminder calls completed.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback quality.
- Accuracy of call records and reports.
- Daily productivity and attendance.
Working Hours
- 9 hours per day (including breaks)
- 6 days working (as per company policy)
