Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer feedback calls, regular service reminder calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali, along with basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct feedback calls with customers after service completion.
    • Handle regular service reminder and follow-up calls.
    • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, if required.
    • Address customer queries and escalate service-related issues to the concerned team.
    • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback reports in Excel.
    • Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely customer communication.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
    • Complete daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.
Eligibility
    • Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).
    • 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Centre.
    • Experience in the automobile or service industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
    • Good verbal communication in Hindi and Bengali (mandatory).
    • Basic understanding of English.
    • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
    • Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain records and work in a team.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Number of feedback calls completed.
    • Number of service reminder calls completed.
    • Customer satisfaction and feedback quality.
    • Accuracy of call records and reports.
    • Daily productivity and attendance.
Working Hours
    • 9 hours per day (including breaks)
    • 6 days working (as per company policy)
